Lurexia Return & Exchange Policy

At Lurexia, we’re committed to ensuring you feel great about your purchase! While we don’t offer full refunds, we’re happy to facilitate an exchange for your unworn watches, sunglasses, or accessories.



Here’s How It Works:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.



Return Procedure:

  • Contact us at lurexia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.
  • We’ll provide clear instructions on how to return your item.
  • Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.



Damages & Issues:

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at lurexia@gmail.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly to your satisfaction.



Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.



Exchanges:

  • Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue you a store credit for the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs). You can then use this credit to select a new product from our collection.
